| A. In January 2000, Hilly Rose interviewed Bob Beck, Russ Torlage and Ed Griffin about the use of micro-currents of electricity for health, The Beck Protocol, and the Flexner Report. A set of four audio-tapes is available from Premiere Radio. These tapes offer background information, how electricity for health was excluded from the medical curriculum and the four parts of The Beck Protocol. A. At the time of his passing, Beck Beck endorsed only one company. He endorsed all products manufactured by SOTA Instrument Inc. Russ Torlage of SOTA Instruments worked closely with Bob the last few years of his life. In addition, Bob Beck also endorsed an electronics store as a source for parts and kits. With pressure from the FDA, however, this store withdrew as a source for the Beck Protocol supplies. See Recommended Products section. |

A. Bob Beck passed from this world in June 2002. He always emphasized that his doctorate was in physics and he was not a medical doctor. His interest centered on bringing his discoveries about electricity for health and on providing information that would allow anyone interested to help themselves. He was not interested in being a health practitioner and realized it would be against the law for him to do so. |

| A. Bob Beck gave talks at health shows and was interviewed on radio and television for several years while he was making his discoveries known. | |||
| Q. What is the difference between the Rife technology and the Beck units? | |||

A.
While both are
bio–electric devices. The Rife units are based on frequency as is Hulda
Clark’s zapper. The Beck Protocol units are based on the use of
microcurrents of electricity and a pulsed variant magnetic field. The
Bio–Tuner, however, uses frequency technology. Having stated that,
frequency units do emit microcurrents. Usually these currents are much
lower than the microcurrents on which the Beck technology is showing
effectiveness. Remember this technology has been proven safe by the use
of heart pacemakers and other implanted devices. As well Beck’s
microcurrent technology does emit frequencies. The frequency of the
blood electrification unit, however, is not meant to be the main
therapy. The frequency is based on the earth’s frequency. |

Q. Can I use the Beck units (blood and tissue
electrification) with a heart pacemaker or defibrillator? A. We are not sure but a customer reported that Medtronics, a company that manufactures defibulators, said it was not affected. (Richard Dawson) For a pacemaker we don’t know. |
